Abstract: THE INDIVIDUAL MALL INTERCEPT INTERVIEWS ARE NECESSARY TO OBTAIN PUBLIC INPUT ON ALTERNATIVE DESIGNS OF THE 1988 FORM W-4, TO ENSURE THAT THE FORM IS COMPREHENSIBLE AND DOABLE. THE RESULTS WILL PROVIDE GUIDANCE FOR DEVELOPMENT OF THE FINAL 1988 FORM W-4. AFFTECTED PUBLIC IS 450 PARTICIPANTS.
