Abstract: ON-SITE INSPECTIONS WILL BE CONDUCTED OF 200 HOUSING UNITS OCCUPIED BY VOUCHER OR CERTIFICATE FAMILIES AT EACH OF 10 DEMONSTRATION SITES. THE INSPECTORS WILL COVER THE INTERIOR AND EXTERIOR OF THE HOUSING UNITS, ADJACENT PERCELS AS WELL AS THE BLOCKFACE AND INCLUDE AN INTERVIEW.
