Abstract: POTENTIAL RESPONDENTS ARE OWNERS OF OPERATORS OF WET-COAL CHARGED BY-PRODUCT COKE OVEN BATTERIES. THE REQUEST REQUIRES QUARTERLY REPORTS OF DAILY MONITORING RESULTS WITH ADDITIONAL INFORMATION IF EXCESS EMISSIONS HAVE OCCURRED. REPORTS REQUIRED BY THE GENERAL PROVISIONS TO 40 CFR PART 61 ALSO ARE REQUIRED. THIS INFORMATION IS NECESSARY FOR EFFECTIVE ENFORCEMENT AND TO DETERMINE COMPLIANCE.
