Abstract: THE INFORMATION COLLECTED BY THE USE OF FORM OCSE-34 IS NEEDED TO CALCULATE GRANT AWARDS, CALCULATE ANNUAL AND QUARTERLY INCENTIVE PAYMENTS TO STATES TO PREPARE THE ANNUAL REPORT TO CONGRESS REGARDING THE CHILD SUPPORT ENFORCEMENT PROGRAM. THE AFFECTE PUBLIC IS COMPRISED OF STATE AGENCIES ADMINISTERING THE CHILD SUPPORT ENFORCEMENT PROGRAM.
