Abstract: HCFA IS REQUESTING APPROVAL OF INFORMATION COLLECTION REQUIREMENTS CONTAINED IN FINAL RULE BPO-52-F A THE RELATED STATE PLAN PREPRINT. THE INFORMATION WILL BE COLLECTED FR APPLICANTS AND RECIPIENTS AS WELL AS FROM STATE AND LOCAL AGENCIES FOR THE PURPOSE OF DETERMINING THE LEGAL LIABILITY OF THIRD PARTIES TO PAY FOR SERVICES UNDER THE MEDICAID PROGRAM.
