Terms of Clearance: In accordance with the Paperwork Reduction Act and 5 CFR 1350, this information collection is approved through 9/30/88 in the revised form submitted on 6/15/87, with the following changes: (1) the word "readily" should be inserted before "available" in the section of the cover letter concerning estimates (2) Section 1 should be modified to clarify that nonhorticultural operators are expected to skip directly to Section 20.
