Abstract: PHA'S ARE ALLOWED TO IMMEDIATELY USE ALL HOUSING VOUCHERS ALLOCATED TO THEM FOR USE IN CONNECTION WITH THE RENTAL REHABILITATION PROGRAM. HOWEVER, THEY MUST DEVELOP A WRITTEN PLAN WHICH SPECIFIES HOW THEY WIL ASSURE THE VOUCHERS ARE AVAILABLE FOR THE LOCAL RENTAL REHABILITATION PROGRAM GRANTEES WHEN NEEDED FOR THE PROGRAM.
