Abstract: THE 30 QUESTION SURVEY IS DESIGNED TO ELICIT FROM RESPONDENTS INFORMATION CONCERNING SECURITY PRACTICES AT THEIR DOD CLEARED COMPANIES. IT IS DISTRIBUTED TO DOD CLEARED INDIVIDUALS AT THEIR WORK SITES. INFORMATI COLLECTED WILL BE USED TO EVALUATE A FACILITIES SECURITY PROGRAM FOR COMPLIANCE WITH INDUSTRIAL SECURITY REGULATIONS.
