Abstract: THE CENSUS BUREAU NEEDS THE F-15 TO OBTA FINANCIAL DATA FROM PUBLIC INSTITUTIONS OF HIGHER EDUCATION. THE F-15 SUPPLEMENTS DATA COLLECTED BY THE DEPARTMENT OF EDUCATION. THE DATA COLLECTED ARE USED IN CALCULATING THE GNP AND IN A STATISTICAL SERIES ON STATE AND LOCAL GOVERNMENT FINANCES.
