Abstract: ONWERS OR OPERATORS OF NONFERROUS SMELTERS MAY APPLY FOR NONFERROUS SMELTER ORDER (NSO) WHICH PROVIDES RELIEF FROM REQUIREMENTS FOR CONTINUOUS EMISSIONS. TO OBTAIN AN NSO THEY MUST SUBMIT A LETTER OF INTENT AND AN APPLICATION TO EPA OR TO APPROPRIATE STATE AIR POLLUTION CONTROL AGENCY, SUBMIT SEVERAL OTHER REPORTS AND MAINTAIN DATA GENERATED FOR THESE REPORTS.
