Abstract: FIRMS MANUFACTURING A NEW SYSTEM TO AUTOMATICALLY IDENTIFY VIDEO SATELLITE UPLINK RADIO TRANSMISSIONS WILL BE REQUIRED TO SUBMIT DETAIL OF THEIR SYSTEM TO THE COMMISSION FOR APPROVAL/RECOGNITION.
