Terms of Clearance: THIS COLLECTION OF INFORMATION IS APPROVED THROUGH 6/30/87 SUBJECT TO THE FOLLOWING CONDITIONS: 1. DATA COLLECTED WILL BE FOR THE 1985-86 SCHOOL YEAR AND WILL NOT REQUEST DATA FOR THE 1986-87 SCHOOL YEAR. 2. THE INSTRUCTION MANUAL WILL BE REVISED TO INCORPORATE THE CURRENT VERSION OF 406A. 3. THE NEXT REQUEST FOR APPROVAL OF THIS INFORMATION COLLECTION MUST INCLUDE A THOROUGH DESCRIPTION OF WHAT STEPS THE DEPARTMENT TAKES TO ASSURE COMPLIANCE WITH THE REPORTING REQUIREMENTS AND TO VERIFY THE ACCURACY OF DATA REPORTED BY THE STATES. 4. EDUCATION IS TO PROVIDE TO OMB BY 1-15-87 THE RESULTS OF THE OBEMLA DATA COLLECTION ON THE EIEP FOR 1984-85 SINCE OBEMLA COLLECTION OF DATA HAS BEEN USED AS THE RATIONALE FOR EXCLUDING EIEP FROM COVERED PROGRAMS. IF THIS DATA DOES NOT EXIST, THE DEPARTMENT MUST AMEND THIS DATA COLLECTION TO INCLUDE EIEP. 5. THE DEPARTMENT SHOULD CONTINUE TO SEEK STATUTORY REPEAL OF THIS REQUIRED DATA COLLECTION.
