PERKINS PROGRAM US FEDERAL FUNDS TO PROVIDE COLLECTE SCHOLARSHIPS TO OUTSTANDING HIGH SCHOOL STUDENTS TO ENABLE THEM TO PURSUE TEACHING CAREERS AT THE ELEMENTARY OR SECONDARY SCHOOL LEVEL.
