Abstract: PART 42 PRESCRIBES THE REGULATIONS GOVERNING THE PRESERVATION OF RECORDS OF COMMUNICATIONS COMMON CARRIERS THAT ARE FULLY SUBJECT TO THE JURISIDICTION OKF THE FCC.
