Abstract: THE ADVANCE PLANNING DOCUMENT REUQIREMENTS SET FORTH IN THE REGULATION ENABLE OCSE TO DETERMINE WHETHER THE SYSTEM IMPROVES THE EFFICIENCY OF THE ADMINISTRATION OF TH STATE IV-D PROGRAM.
