THE NOTIFICATION PROVIDES PROVIDER, PRACTITIONER, OR SUPPLIER WITH KNOWLEDGE THAT MEDICARE WILL NOT PAY FOR ITEMS OR SERVICES MENTIONED IN THE NOTIFICATION. AFTER THIS NOTIFICATION, ANY FUTURE CLAIM FOR THE SAME OR SIMILAR SERVICES WILL NOT BE PAID.
