Abstract: THE DECEMBER 1986 GED TEST SUPPLEMENT WILL PROVIDE DATA ON THE NUMBER OF PERSONS RECEIVING GEDS IN THE UNITED STATES. THESE NUMBERS WILL BE USED TO TEST THE OCTOBER 1986 EDUCATIONAL ATTAINMENT ESTIMATES FOR PERSONS 14 YEARS OR OVER WHO ARE NOT CURRENTLY ATTENDING COLLEGE IN 1/4 OF THE CPS SAMPLE FOR DECEMBER 1986 (OUTGOING ROTATIONS 2 AND 6).
