Terms of Clearance: The "Job Training Longitudinal Survey" is approved in part and disapproved in part. The following portions of the package are DISAPPROVED: 1. "Section V. Thirteen Weeks Post-Termination Update" of the "JTLS-2, Control Card for Terminees." 2. All "Mini Follow-up Questionnaires" in Attachment 5 of the JTLS paperwork package. All other portions of this paperwork package are APPROVED, with the condition that DOL will eliminate questions 7(c) and 7(d) from the "Induction Questionnaire" in Attachment 2, per OMB discussions with DOL staff on 8/25/86.

Abstract: TO EVALUATE THE JOB TRAINING PARTNERSHIP ACT (JTPA) TITLE 11A AND TITL III PROGRAMS, ADMINISTRATIVE DATA WILL BE COLLECTED QUARTERLY ON 3,000 TERMINEES. FURTHER, TO MONITOR POST-PROGRAM EXPERIENCES OF PARTICIPAN FOLLOW-UP INFORMATION WILL BE COLELCTED ON A SUB-SAMPLE OF TERMINEES.
