Abstract: THE INFORMATION COLLECTED BY USE OF FORM SSA-41 IS USED T REVIEW STATE EXPENDITURES AND AS A BASIS TO PREPARE ADJUSTMENTS TO THE QUARTERLY GRANT AWARDS TO STATES FOR THE AID TO FAMILIES WITH DEPENDEN CHILDREN (AFDC) PROGRAM. THE AFFECTED PUBLIC IS COMPRISED OF STATE AND/OR LOCAL GOVERNMENTS RESPONSIBLE FOR THE ADMINISTRATION OF THE AFD PROGRAM.
