Abstract: THE ECONOMIC CENSUSES, CONDUCTED UND PROVISIONS OF TITLE 13, USC, SECTION 131, CONSTITUTE THE PRIMARY SOURC OF FACTS ABOU THE STRUCTURE AND FUNCTIONING OF A LARGE SEGMENT OF THE ECONOMY AND PROVIDE ESSENTIAL INFORMATION FOR GOVERNMENT, BUSINESS, AN THE GENERAL PUBLIC. THEY PROVIDE AN IMPORTANT PART OF THE FRAMEWORK F THE NATIONAL ACCOUNTS AND SERVE AS BENCHMARKS FOR ECONOMIC INDICATORS.
