Abstract: THE PURPOSE OF THIS STUDY IS TO SURVE 4000 ASIAN AND HISPANIC PARENTS TO DETERMINE THEIR EDUCATIONAL PREFERENCES FOR THEIR CHILDREN. THE INFORMATION WILL BE USED BY THE DEPARTMENT OF EDUCATION TO DEVELOP ALTERNATIVE PROGRAM GUIDELINES AND POLICIES.
