Abstract: THE MEQC STATISTICAL TABLES ARE A USEFUL DEVICE IN CARRYING OUT THE PRIMARY OBJECTIVE OF THE MEQC SYSTEM-REDUCING DOLLAR LOSSES IN THE ADMINISTRATION OF MEDICAID. THEY PROVIDE INFORMATION CONCERNING THE MAJOR CAUSES OF ERROR, SIGNIFYING WHERE STATES SHOULD DIRECT THEIR CORRECTIVE ACTION EFFORTS.
