Abstract: SECTION 3321 IMPOSES A TAX (RAILROAD UNEMPLOYMENT REPAYMENT TAX) ON EVERY RAIL EMPLOYER WITH RESPECT TO RAIL WAGES PAID TO THE EMPLOYEES OF SUCH EMPLOYER AND ON EVERY EMPLOYEE REPRESENTATIVE WITH RESPECT TO RAIL WAGES RECEIVED BY SUCH EMPLOYEE REPRESENTATIVE.
