Abstract: CORRECTIVE ACTION PLAN PROGRESS REPORTS ARE A STRUCTURED WAY FOR STATE AGENCIES TO PLAN, IMPLEMENT AND EVALUATE CORRECTIVE ACTIONS DESIGNED TO REDUCE PAYMENT ERRORS.
