Abstract: PHA'S ARE AWARDED A SPECIAL ALLOCATION OF HOUSING VOUCHERS FOR USE IN CONNECTION WITH THE RENTAL REHABILITATION PROGRAM. IF THE VOUCHERS ARE NO LONGER NEEDED TO SUPPORT THE RRP, THE PHA, BY LETTER, MAY REQUEST THEIR USE IN ITS REGULAR PROGRAM. THE REQUEST MUST CONTAIN A STATEMENT BY THE GRANTEE GIVING ITS VIEW ON THE REQUEST. HUD DECISIONS ARE BASED ON THE INFORMATION SUBMITTED.
