Abstract: AS PART OF THE 1986 TEST CENSUS PROGRAM, THE CENSUS BUREAU MUST CONDUCT A CONTENT-REINTERVIEW OPERATION. SELECTED INFORMATION WILL BE COLLECTED THROUGH PERSONAL INTERVIEW, ENABLING COMPARISON/EVALUATION AS TO THE ACCURACY AND CONSISTENCY OF ANSWERS REPORTED THROUGH THE SELF-ADMINISTERED, MAIL-RETURN QUESTIONNAIRES USED IN THE TEST CENSUSES.
