Abstract: OWNERS/OPERATORS OF PLANTS PROCESSING NONMETALLIC MINERALS RECORD AND SUBMIT INFORMATION WHICH EPA USES TO DETERMINE WHICH SOURCES ARE SUBJECT TO THE STANDARD AND WHETHER THEY ARE OPERATING IN COMPLIANCE WITH THE STANDARDS. EPA WILL USE THE NOTIFICATIONS OF EQUIPMENT REPLACEMENTS IN DEVELOPING STATISTICS TO ASSESS THE NEED TO CONTINUE THE EXEMPTION OF SAME-SIZE REPLACEMENTS.
