Abstract: SECTION 73.3613 REQUIRES THAT EACH LICENSEE OF TV OR LOW POWER TV BROADCAST STATION FILE COPIES OF CONTRACTS, INSTRUMENTS, ALONG WITH AMENDMENTS, SUPPLEMENTS AND CANCELLATIONS WITH THE FCC AND RETAIN CERTAIN OTHER CONTRACTS AT THE STATION. THE CONTRACTS ASSURE THE FCC THAT LICENSEES ARE IIN FULL COMPLIANCE WITH WORK NE. WORK AFFILIATION AND CORPORATE DISCLOSURE AGREEMENTS AND SECS. 4(I) AND 303 OF COMMUNICATIONS ACT ARE MONITORING CONTROL OVER THE OPERATION AND .....
