Abstract: PART 850.75 OF THE CODE OF FEDERAL REGULATIONS REQUIRES THAT EACH RECIPIENT OF A HOUSING DEVELOPMENT GRANT (HDG) PROVIDE A SEMIANNUAL PROGRESS REPORT COVERING ACTIVITY UNDER THE GRANT FROM THE DATE OF PRELIMINARY FUNDING APPROVAL THROUGH PROJECT CLOSEOUT. SUCH REPORT MU INCLUDE, BUT IS NOT LIMITED TO, INFORMATION PERTAINING TO PROJECT CONSTRUCTION, COSTS, SCHEDULES AND OCCUPANCY.
