Abstract: ONSHORE NATURAL GAS PROCESSING PLANTS WOULD KEEP DAILY RECORDS DEMONSTRATING THAT EMISSION REDUCTION REQUIREMENTS ARE BEING MET. REPORTS SPECIFIED BY THE GENERAL PROVISIONS OF 40 CFR 60 AND SEMIANNUA EXCESS EMISSION REPORTS ARE REQUIRED. THESE REQUIREMENTS ENSURE THAT EMISSION REDUCTION REQUIREMENTS ARE MET AND CONTROL SYSTEMS ARE PROPER OPERATED AND MAINTAINED.
