Abstract: DD FORM 441 IS A LEGALLY BINDING CONTRACTUAL DOCUMENT WHICH OBLIGATES THE CONTRACTOR TO ADHERE TO THE SECURITY REQUIREMENTS OUTLINED IN DOD 5220.22-M. THESE REQUIREMENTS ARE ESSENTIAL TO PRESERVE AND MAINTAIN THE SECURITY OF THE UNITED STATES THROUGH THE PREVENTION OF IMPROPER DISCLOSURE OF CLASSIFIED INFORMATION.
