Abstract: SECTION 1.1705 REQUIRES THAT U.S. AM RADIO STATIONS SHALL MONITOR AND LOG SIGNALS OF INTERFERING CUBAN STATIONS AND SUBMIT THESE RESULTS TO THE FCC. THIS INFORMATION WILL ASSURE THE COMMISSION THAT A CUBAN STATION HAS CAUSED OBJECTIONABLE INTERFERENCE WITHIN SERVICE AREA OF AN AM STATION(S).
