Abstract: THE STANDARDS REQUIRE THAT CERTAIN LABELS BE PLACED ON EACH MANUFACTURED HOME TO PROVIDE PERTINENT INFOMRATION. THE AMENDMENT WOULD ALSO REQUIRE THE POSTING OF TEMPORARY NOTICE CONCERNING THE HEAL EFFECTS OF FORMALDEHYDE EMISSION AND PROVIDING A VENTILATION IMPROVEMENT SHEET TO PROSPECTIVE PURCHASERS. THE RULE REQUIRES THAT IN-PLANT QUALITY CONTROL PROCEDURES FOR CONTROLLING FORMALDEHYDE EMISSIONS FROM PLYWOOD AND PARTICLEBOARD BE APPROVED.
