Abstract: THE REGULATIONS REQUIRE STATE AND LOCAL GOVERNMENTAL ISSUERS TO FILE INFORMATION AND POLICY REPORTS EACH YEAR. THESE REPORTS WILL PROVIDE INFORMATION TO BE USED BY THE TREASURY DEPARTMENT IN PREPARING ITS REQUIRED REPORT TO CONGRESS. ISSUEES WOULD ALSO BE REQUIRED TO FI CERTIFICATION OF COMPLIANCE WITH THE APPLICABLE VOLUME LIMITATION.
