Abstract: SOCIAL SECURITY BENEFITS. DISABILITY BENEFITS. THE INFORMATION IS NEEDED AND WILL BE USED TO ASSIST THE STATE AGENCIES IN EVALUATING MENTAL IMPAIRMENTS BY HELPING THEM TO: 1. IDENTIFY ADDITIONAL EVIDENC NECESSARY FOR THE DETERMINATION OF IMPAIRMENT SEVERITY, 2. CONSIDER A EVALUATE ALL ASPECTS OF THE IMPAIRMENT RELEVANT TO THE INDIVIDUAL'S ABILITY TO WORK, AND 3. ORGANIZE AND PRESENT THE FINDINGS IN A CLEAR, CONCISE AND CONSISTENT MANNER.
