Abstract: AS A PART OF THE VOLUNTEER TRAINING PROGRAM, VOLUNTEERS WHO FAIL THE VOLUNTEER ASSISTOR'S TEST WILL BE PERMITTED TO TAKE THE VOLUNTEER ASSISTOR'S RETEST. IF THE RETEST IS PASSED, VOLUNTEERS, MAY THEN PREPARE TAX RETURNS. THOSE WHO FAIL THE INITIAL VOLUNTEER ASSISTOR'S TEST (SPANISH) ARE ALSO PERMITTED TO TAKE A RETEST (SPANISH IF THE SPANISH RETEST IS PASSED, VOLUNTEERS WILL THEN BE PERMITTED TO PREPARE TAX RETURNS.
