Abstract: INSPECTIONS AND SELF-ADMINISTERED FORMS WILL BE USED AT 1369 LOW RENT PUBLIC HOUSING PROJECTS AND 40 INDIAN HOUSING AUTHORITIES TO DETERMINE THE COSTS OF MODERNIZING THE NATION'S PUBLIC HOUSING STOCK. HUD AND THE CONGRESS WILL USE THE RESULTS FOR BUDGETING AND PLANNING ACTIVITIES.
