Abstract: THE SVR IS THE FORM ON WHICH ED (1) COLLECTS ADJUSTMENTS OR CORRECTION TO DATA PREVIOUSLY SUBMITTED ON STUDENT AID REPORTS, AND (2) OBTAINS FROM PARTICIPATING POST-SECONDARY EDUCATIONAL INSTITUTIONS A VERIFICATION OF FUNDS ACTUALLY DISBURSED TO EACH PELL GRANT RECIPIENT. THE DEPARTMENT USES THIS DATA TO MAKE END-YEAR ADJUSTMENTS TO THE PELL AUTHORIZATION LEVEL AT EACH SCHOOL.
