REQUIRES THAT THE TA ON NET INVESTMENT INCOME BE REPORTED ON THE RETURN FILED UNDER SEC. 6033. SEC. 6011 REQUIRES A RETURN TO REPORT THE TAXES UNDER CHAPT. 42 OF THE CODE ON PROHIBITED ACTS BY PRIVATE FOUNDATIONS AND CERTAIN RELATED PARTIES.
