Abstract: THE RADIATION CONTROL FOR HEALTH AND SAFETY ACT PROTECTS THE PUBLIC FR UNNECESSARY EXPOSURE TO RADIATION FROM ELECTRONIC PRODUCTS. TO CARRY OUT THIS RESPONSIBILITY, FDA MUST COLLECT INFORMATION FROM MANUFACTURE DEALERS AND DISTRIBUTORS ABOUT THEIR ELECTRONIC PRODUCTS.
