Abstract: THE SF 424 AND PROGRAM NARRATIVE CONSTITUTE THE MBDA'S APPLICATION FOR GRANTS/COOPERATIVE AGREEMENTS UNDER ITS TECHNICAL ASSISTANCE PROGRAMS. THE AGENCY NEEDS THIS INFORMATION TO EVALUATE APPLICANTS' EXPERIENCE AND RESOURCES AGAINST UNIFORM PROGRAM STANDARDS. RESPONDENTS ARE INDIVIDUALS, NON-PROFIT AND FOR-PROFIT ORGANIZATIONS, STATE AND LOCAL GOVERNMENTS, AND AMERICAN INDIAN TRIBES.
