Abstract: THE PURPOSE OF THE STUDY IS TO MEASURE GENERAL TAXPAYER SATISFACTION WITH THE APPEALS PROCESS. THE DATA WILL BE COLLECTED FROM TAXPAYERS AFTER THEIR APPEALS CONFERENCE. TAXPAYERS WILL BE QUESTIONED AS TO THEIR GENERAL SATISFACTION WITH VARYING ASPECTS OF THE PROCESS AS WELL AS THE UNDERLYING REASONS FOR THE ACTIONS THEY TOOK.
