Abstract: DATA ON OUTCOMES FOR APPLICANTS TO THE SECTION 8 EXISTING HOUSING CERTIFICATE PROGRAM AND THE PROPOSED HOUSING VOUCHER PROGRAM ARE NEEDED TO EVALUATE THE VOUCHER PROGRAM. THOSE AFFECTED WILL BE PROGRAM APPLICANTS (ADDITIONAL QUESTIONS AT APPLICATION) AND LOCAL PHA STAFF (RECORD TRANSCRIPTION AND REPORTING). PHA'S WILL BE COMPENSATED FOR COSTS.
