Abstract: ON CERTAIN OCCASIONS, A BUSINESS NOT HOLDING A PERMIT TO SECURE A TYPE OF SPECIALLY DENATURED SPIRITS MAY WISH TO OBTAIN A SAMPLE OF THE SPIRITS FROM A DEALER. IN SUCH CASES THEY PREPARE THIS FORM AND UPON ARRIVAL, THEY ARE ABLE TO OBTAIN THE SPIRITS. THIS FORM AND PROCEDURE CONTROLS ACCESS TO SAMPLES OF SPECIALLY DENATURED SPIRITS.
