Abstract: ALL NONCOMMERCIAL FM AND TV STATIONS ARE REQUIRED TO FILE FCC 341 TO COVER A CONSTRUCTION PERMIT, FOR AUTHORITY TO USE A FORMERLY LICENSED MAIN ANTENNA SYSTEM AS AN AUXILIARY ANTENNA AND TO NOTIFY THE FCC THAT A NEW OR MODIFIED STATION WILL BE OPERATED BY REMOTE CONTROL. THE DAT IS REVIEWED BY COMMISSION PERSONNEL FOR CONFORMANCE WITH APPLICANT'S OUTSTANDING PERMIT, AND FCC RULES PRECEDENT AND POLICY. INFORMATION I EXTRACTED FROM FCC 341 FOR INCLUSION ON SUBSEQUENT LICENSE.
