Abstract: EPA NEEDS PRECISION AND ACCURACY DATA FROM STATE AND LOCAL AIR POLLUTION CONTROL AGENCIES TO EVALUATE AND QUANTIFY THE GOODNESS OF AI MONITORING DATA. SUCH DATA ARE NECESSARY TO MEANINGFULLY COMPARE DATA FROM DIFFERENT ORGANIZATIONS AND TO IDENTIFY PROBLEMS IN NETWORK OPERATIONS AND ADHERENCE TO QUALITY ASSURANCE REQUIREMENTS.
