Abstract: PERSONS QUALIFIED TO OWN/OPERATE EXPORT WAREHOUSES THAT HANDLE TOBACCO PRODUCTS ARE REQUIRED TO FILE A MONTHLY REPORT. THIS REPORT SUMMARIZE ALL TRANSACTIONS BY THE PROPRIETOR INCLUDING RECEIPTS, DISPOSITIONS AND ON HAND QUANTITIES. ATF F 2140 IS USED FOR PRODUCT ACCOUNTABILITY TO ENSURE REVENUE PROTECTION.
