Abstract: THIS FORM IS USED BY STATE AGENCIES TO REPORT THE TOTAL AMOUNT OF CHILD SUPPORT PAYMENTS COLLECTED QUARTERLY AND THE DISPOSITION OF THOSE PAYMENTS. THESE DATA ARE USED TO DETERMINE THE COST EFFECTIVENE OF THE PROGRAM AND ARE INCLUDED IN THE REQUIRED ANNUAL REPORT TO CONGRESS. THE FORMS ARE COMPLETED BY STATE AGENCIES ADMINISTERING THE CHILD SUPPORT ENFORCEMENT PROGRAM.
