Abstract: THIS FORM IS NECESSARY TO DOCUMENT THE LIABILITY OF TAX AND THE TAX PAYMENT ON DISTILLED SPIRITS THAT ARE BROUGHT INTO THE U.S. THIS LIABILITY IS RECEIVED BY THE GOVERNMENT IN THE MANNER OF HAVING THE TAXPAYER PREPAY THE TAX BEFORE LEAVING PUERTO RICO. THE FORM THE FORM IDENTIFIES THE TAXPAYER, TAX TO BE PAID55, METHOD OF PAYMENT, IDENTIFIES THE TAXPAYER, TAX TO BE PAID, METHOD OF PAYMENT, SHIPMENT AND CERTIFICATION BY THE GOVERNMENT.
