Terms of Clearance: Approved. These conditions apply to clearance numbers: 1512-0149, -0151, 0153, -0189, -0192, -0198, -0203, -0205, -0206, -0207, -0210, -0211, -0212, -0215, -0250, -0298, -0460, -0461, and -0462. Approved with the understanding that the Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco and Firearms (BATF) will proceed with the study of the practical utility of monthly operations outlined in the letter dated January 17,1985 from MR. Thomas George to the OIRA Desk Officer for BATF. It is our expectation that the schedule of milestones that begins with November 1, 1984 will be followed, adjusted for a starting date of March 1, 1985. It is also understood that BATF staff will consult with the OMB Desk officer as provided in the milestones. Revised clearance packages, including full and amended justifications to prior clearance packages as needed to ensure complete citations and explanations of all collections required to be cleared for the distilled spirits rules for which paperwork is being reviewed at this time, are to be submitted no later than February 8, 1985 to complete the current review. Expiration dates are required to be printed on all forms covered by this clearance request.
